Return & Exchange Policy
At the moment, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges for another product within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange, email us at shopwithsaja@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label and detailed instructions. Items sent without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shopwithsaja@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are currently not applicable unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If an exception is made, refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
